  • Confirmation of Appointment

    To ensure everything is set for your appointment, we will confirm the details with you:

    • Confirmation Call or Text: We will contact you by phone or text the day before your appointment to confirm the time and location. This step helps to verify all details and ensure there are no last-minute changes.
    • Travel Fee: Payment for the travel fee is required upon appointment confirmation via the provided payment link.


  • Preparing for Your Appointment

    To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, please prepare the following:

    • Documents: Have all documents ready for notarization. Ensure they are complete and unsigned.
    • Identification: Bring valid identification as required by law. This could include a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

  • During the Appointment

    Here's what to expect during your notary appointment:

    • Arrival: Our notary will arrive at your specified location, whether it’s your home, office, or another venue.
    • Verification: The notary will verify your identity and review the documents to ensure they are complete and ready for notarization.
    • Notarization: The notary will complete the notarization process, including applying their seal and signature.
    • Payment for Notarization: The fee for notarization is due at time of service.
